I had tested test NO. هناتضع رقم الامتحات الذي قدمته +تاريخه by NIIT Prometric test centre and up to now I didn't get any message contained MCP ID and access code from your side. I got the following information from my account in Prometric as following

SITE ID: هنا تضع رقم المعهد اي ال
My email ID is : ايميلك مرة تانية هنا
And please send the conformation email to order the welcome kit from your side .
