Troubleshooting Cisco Core Switch 4006

* []BRIEF PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This Core Switch have two Modules

1’st Module (48port): All port’s not work , not any Connectivity in this Module

2”nd Module (48 port) : All User’s & router’s Connected to this Module , there is free few ports , the problem in brief when added user’s to this free port (plugged utp cable) , the fiber connection with this core switch & most of user connected & router¢s will go down , Also , Some times All the Network Connected to this Core Switch Will goes down even not Connecting any thing , Is this problem for : 1- Module failure or 2- Hardware failure or 3- Configration error (looping) ?
