Q:i Wana Make A Mail Provider For Free How Can I Use Exchange For That

wana make an email provider for free for anyone by the exchange server and so ineed like a web page interface have username and password and name that's all so it add automatically to my exchange server and have an email box
i serached for that and i found a program named
SURGE MAIL
UP TO NOW i don't know how i will merge that program with my exchange server
but i found that the program have a great features but it is a trial for 30 days and i don\t know if it is limited or what
so i need like a crack or a serial number anyway to register it

i only need it for a project or a research between my friends, so i don't need the license.
some give me some ideas like us a php which i don\t know any about it and apatchi and three are a SQL Mail
please help me how can i make that project (BB)(H)
and if someone have the registeration way please help me on that.....\
