ما الفرق بين ال Cisco Unified Communications Manager و Cisco Unified CallManager

السلام عليكم

أنا الحمد اللة أنتهيت من الأمتحان ال CCNA و أريد أن أمضي في طريق ال CCVP ولكن توجد عقبة لا أفهمها وهو أن يوجد طريقين أما أن تمشي في طريق ال Cisco Unified Communications Manager أو طريق ال Cisco Unified CallManager وأنا لا أعرف ما الفرق بينهما و أيهم مطلوب في سوق العمل أكثر.

ياريت يا أخواني أي أحد يشرح لي الفرق بينهم لأن علي هذا الأساس هختار وأكمل دراستي.

أخي باستطاعتك أن تقول التالي:

Cisco Unified Communications

هو العلم الذي يدرس ال IP Telephony واتصالها مع العالم الآخر مثل
voice mail
integration with old telephony system

اما ال Call manager
فهو عبارة عن سيرفير مستخدم في هذا العلم

بالمناسبة عادة يشار بـ :

Cisco Unified Communications Systems

Cisco Call Manager Server

I think Cisco have called the IP Telephony System as Cisco Call Manager for all edition till ver 4.0. Then many companies have tries to use the name.

Therefore, Cisco have issued the latest version 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 as Cisco Unified communication Manager. Also, they have released many related softwares such as Cisco unity connection as a packeage and this solution called Cisco Unified Communication.
