I Need ArabHardware Help Please(VGA Q)

Salam to all Arab-Hardware Forums,

I'm new to forums here as well as my experience to VGA cards, and I'm about to buy new VGA card but i know no one to help me which i should buy or what is recommended for "PC Gamers" and those who likes Hard-Core Gaming Performance.
My Budget between 200~250$ (USD)
please im lost with all these subjects over the internet and comparisons between Nvidia and ATI that makes me confused.
i was hoping that you help me if you don't mind.
Aslo could you tell me what do you think about 9800GTX which was recommended to me by a friend and if there is better one with better price or even better one and if there is ATI card with same performance maybe better in price or in performance which I'm looking for anyway.
im waiting for any answers please!!.. my VGA card is dead and i need to get one as soon as possible.
(sorry for making a post in English on Arabic Forums but I'm not good with it even my computer doesn't support it)

كرت 9800 جي تي اكس بلس هو الند المتحدي لكرت 4850 في ريدون
كرت 260 جي تي اكس هو الند المتحدي ل 4870 في ريدون
اااذا كنت تفضل ريدون انصحك شراء 4870 او حتى 4870 اكس تو ان كانت ميزانيتك تسمح.

وان كنت من محبي ان فيديا فلا مانع من شراء احد كروتها فهي قويه ايضا ً بلا شك...
