I have a problem with the shared file in the domain controller

I have a problem in the domain controller in my network . the domain controller have many shared folders . The problem is this shared folders are disconnected and the sharing permissions are removed . when i restart the server the shared permission restored and then disconnected at the same time .
I think that it is virus and i make scan with symantec antivirus 10.1 but it doesnot detect any viruses . please help me

sharing file and folder in windows it's working by services name " server"
this services must be working to enable you to make a sharing folder and file and the printer
if this services is not working or have any issue so u will face many problem in sharing folder ..
in order to see this service and make it work
go to and open Run - in run command type
services.msc
then locate the service name "Server "
then restart the service and also make sure that it is not disabled
if this not wrok with me plz see the event viewer and see the erro ID and it's description and tell me that ID number with this description to see exactly what you problem is...
