مشكلة لابتوب توشيبا A300-1GT

لسلام عليكم مع أنه الجهاز الذي أشتريته جديد ألا أنه حصل معي ما لم أتوقعه و هي توقف الشاشة و ظهور شبكة خطوط رفيعة من ألوان متنوعة و توقف الجهاز نهائياً ألا بعد الأقفال من خلال زر الباور لمدة معينة حدثت معي اربعة مرات خلال يومين و أخرها بعد أن قمت بعمل ريكوفري تحسباً لوجود فايروس ألا أنه ظهر مرة أخرى هل هناك من مر بهذه المشكلة أو لديه الخبرة عن السبب؟

إن كنت تتوفر على ضمان على الجهاز، فالافضل مراجعة البائع، او حتى إن كنت اشتريته من مدة قريبة بدون ضمان

السلام عليكم أخواني بعد أن أرسلت الجهاز الى الوكيل في عمان قالو بأنهم أصلحو الخلل و لكن بعد أن أستخدمتها بيومين بعد ان تم أصلاحها المفروض حدثت المشكلة مرتين بدون أي سابق أنذار أو خلل في البرامج أو تنصيب و هذه صورة لما حدث و أظن أن الوكيل ما هم ألا مجموعة من مستغلين و كذابين

إذا كنت تود إصلاحه بنفسك
فالشك قبل كرت الشاشة، قد يكون من الكابل الرابط بين الكرت والشاشة، خصوصا إذا كان المشكل يحل ببعض محاولات تحريك الشاشة أماما وخلفا
