i'm not sure if you can implement any switching capabilities on dynamps or GNS.
you may need to get a real switch or you can use any other simulation software such as packet tracer, Boson etc. however i am not sure which one does support a layer three switching. therefore you may need to find out by yourself or wait for someone who actually tried it or knows about it in any simulation software.

Dynamips does not fully support Layer 3 functionality

You have to know that what you get with Dynamips is not a switch, its nothing but a NM-16ESW module that you can add to the 3640 Router model for example, and this module is not full switch, rather it helps to pefrom most of the switch tasks, but not all of it.

Layer 3 SVIs are supported, Layer 2 Etherchannel is supported as well, but some inpmortant features are not.

oh i first i want to thank every one in this site you answer me so fast

and to declare my ability ,i know dynampis i work with it when i study ccna

but where i found this doucmentation about dynampis and if i can't implement llayer3 switch is that affect my study in ccnp and i want ask about somthing i pass ccna from month and half until know i didnt recive my wallet cscoID AND CERTIFICATION
I HAVE ONLY MY REPORT ....IS THERE PROPLEM IN THAT?.V

adding for what my brother lumark said , not all commands will be supported by adding that modular nm16 even vlan commands will be executed with clan database command on privildge mode not config mode

its shame that they didnt add emulator for catalyst yet

as they sayed about Dynampis , put it steel very pawerfull for stading the ccnp and i hard that Packet Tracer 5.0 has upgrad to suport L3 switch so u can used it . it not suport all comands like Dynampis . u can tray it

Regarding what my brother Yasser said about the vlan issue , you can use an IOS with a 12.4 version and at least 15 T and this problem will be solved .

Try searching for IOS : c3725-adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T5

It works fine with me , and the Vlan command is working properly from the configuration mode
