المشكلة:
عندما يشغل الكمبيوت تظهر شاشة تقول:
windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
windows root>\system32\hal.dll
please re_inistall acopy of the above file

الحل:
هل يوجد حل غير عمل فورمات أو reinistall.
