Question 8 is about how to elect the designated querier router for IGMPv2, the answer are:
- The first router to appear on the subnet
- The host with the lower MAC address
- The router with the lowest IP address --> correct answer
- The host that respond first to the query
But according to the student guide, when there are 2 routers on the same Ethernet segment, the router with highest IP address will be the designated querier.
So, what is the truth about this matter?

By default, a router on the subnet that is not currently acting as the querier waits twice the query interval specified by the ip igmp query-interval command, after which, if it has heard no queries, it triggers IGMP reelection. The router with the lowest IP address on the subnet is elected the IGMP querier
