Help: How to configure a real router as access server

Our repected big brother Mr.Lumark_s has explained how to configure a router to work as access server to control a set of routers from a single window. He explained this concept using the Dynamips program and it was wonderful. He set the following configuration

TermServe(config)# IP host R1 2001 192.168.200.1
TermServe(config)# IP host R2 2002 192.168.200.1
TermServe(config)# IP host R3 2003 192.168.200.1

My questions:

1.In a real router, what are the correponding commands to use? I think there should be some diffrences.

2. How do I acess the TermServ to control the other routers? is it from its console port or I can telnet over a network.

3. Are the online "Router Rental Racks" on the internet using the idea of Access Server and do I need to access online?

Any help in this will more than appreciated.

the commands are the same and you use telnet in order to access the other devices.

the only change to the command is taking the port number off, the command should look like as the following

TermServe(config)# IP host R1 192.168.200.1

وعندك سيرفر DNS
انت ممكن تسمي كل حاجة باسم موقع

In this command
TermServe(config)# IP host R1 192.168.200.1

what the ip address (192.168.200.1) refers to? is it for R1 and which interfce in R1

the ip address refers to R1 (in your example) therefore R1 should be accessible to the terminal server either by direct link or by a routing protocol.

it does not matter about which interface (IP address) should you put as long as the access server can ping the router.
