help please in GNS QoS

ASSALAM ALIKOUM ,i emulated mpls backbone with GNS and VMWARE IN 2 COMPUTERS
every router have sufficient capacity: 256MB of RAM and i have core 2 duo processor
i want to study QOS BUT THERE A BIG probleme ,the delay of ping between adjacente routers is great about 70 ms ;if any one know why ,help me please

the delay you are getting is acceptable, the voice for example require 150 or below of one way delay.
therefore you are in the safe zone.

by the way the ping delay of 70ms is round trip delay, which mean 35ms is one way delay.

this delay is between adjacente router , the end to end delay is about 1 s

as taki said its 150ms as max

can you tell me what line you wrote in your policy map
and what traffic classified on class map ?

I'm sorry ,maybe you haven't understand me well.the problem is with GNS,that is without applying any policy the delay is very important,i think it is due to GNS(maybe something like misconfiguration of the software GNS.
