أرجوالمساعدة أخوتى فى الله جزاكم الله خيرا
المشكلة انى لا استطيع حذف zonealarm من الكمبيوتر وهو لا يعمل اساسا وكذلك لا استطيع تثبيت أى برنامج حماية بدل منه وتظهر رسالة مزعجة عند محاولة عمل uninstall من add or remove programs ,الرسالة كالتالى
you do not have access to make the requires system configuration modification . please rerun this installation from an administrators account , بعد مضغط ok تظهر رسالة أخرى
Coud not load the DLL library
C:\DOCUME~1\OMARBE ~1/locals ~1/TEMP/Vstutil.dll(WSERmdir)The specified procedure could not be found
