CUCM 7 + LDAP + ADS integration. The Cisco Unified Communcation Manager 7.0 and Windows Active Directory Service Integration.
This lab shows how one can integrate the windows ADS on the Linux based CUCM/UCCX/CUPS 7.0 for User Management from Windows Enterprise Network.
This integration take help of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol). For more information on LDAP follow the Wiki-link :-

Organizational Unit : IT

<strong>2.LDAP Password</strong>

<strong>3. LDAP User Search Base</strong>
<em>cn=Users,dc=chikkis,dc=com</em>
<em>OU=IT,dc=chikkis,dc=com </em>this is used when you have OU in ADS Structure needs to be imported to CUCM.
<strong>4. LDAP Server Information - Host Name or IP Address for Server</strong>
<em>192.168.2.9</em>
To install this following is the configuration. I have Computer (desktop) with following configrations
1. Pentium 4 2.8 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo.
2. 3.0 GB DDR2 RAM
3. 500 GB SATA HDD with 7500 RPM
4 1 Realtek Fast Ethernet Card
5. XP SP2
6. VMware Sever 1.0.6
