Can't upgrade from CUCM 6.1.5 to 8.6 on VMware i got this message Status Error encountered: errors.upgrade.Hardware Unsupported what is the solution

Did you check the upgrade path if there is a direct upgrade or not?

Yes,i did it, and i got this massage (Status :Error encountered: errors.upgrade.Hardware Unsupported)

Dear nabilahmed Frist of all I would like to thank you for your response. I have already CUCM 6.1.5 installed on my laptop hosted on VM workstation v 11 RAM=4G HDD 250G Linux Redhad 4 I have CUCM 8.6.2 ISO image. When I run the upgrade I got this message (errors.upgrade.Hardware Unsupported) I did the same steps in HP Proliant 380 G5 – ESXI5.1 And I got the same error message.

Dear Ahmed,
Kindly check that there is a direct upgrade path form the current CUCM version to the target CUCM version,the INFO needed can be found in table 6

Also veryfiy that the allocated hard disk space and OS type in VMware workstation meets the CUCM hardware requirments,i recommend you to allocate 200 GB thine provising space and make sure the OS type is Redhate.
