اشتريت كمرا مراقبة منزليه من امريكا بدون اسلاك وطريق تركيبها سهله وهذا رابط موقع الكمرا يوجد فديو لطريقة التشغيل https://vuezone.com
المشكلة التي تواجهني وهي عندما ادخل الكود الخاص بالكميرا على الرابط https://vuezone.com ثم الضغط على Register New System ثم ادخل الكود يظهر لي العبارة التاليه

Dear Fawaz,
If you are not seeing the light under the word 'Internet' on the gateway intermittently flash, this indicates the gateway is not communicating with the data center. Please check your connections and make sure the gateway is receiving power. The most common cause for this is the gateway is not receiving an IP from DHCP.
In some cases, your ISP may be providing only one IP address for a single device on the network to connect outbound to the Internet. This is common in environments where your computer is connected directly to your modem for internet service and you do not have multiple devices that can connect to the internet. Our gateway needs its own IP address to work on your network and connect to our data center.
Check your IP address - Start - Run - type 'cmd' enter - command prompt window opens - type 'ipconfig' and look to see what it returns for the IP Address and if that number doesn't start with either 10. or 172. or .192 it is likely it is receive a public IP from your ISP. In this case, it is recommended you contact your ISP and let them know that you want to add another device to your network that wants to get an IP via DHCP and what is the best way to do that.
You may need to get a router or your ISP may be able to configure the equipment you have to allow for this.
