well well my analysis of this problem would be as follows
router one will not be able to see router two through ospf , becuase its directly connected.
the reason being is administrative distance of the connected route is better than the ospf administrative distance.
therefore the route that will be selected to be in the routing table is the directly connected not the ospf route.
to verify that the neighourship is working as it should be you should check.
#show ip ospf neighor

My Friend
He is rouer 1 and roter 2 through LAN there is not neighbor.
So I am asking between 1 and 2 switch or its direct connection.
make sure there is DR/BDR Selection because its Broadcast network type
also configure the interface in router 1 as ospf priority 255 and in another endd priority 0
but let us test the connectivity make sure ping the IP address between LAN Connection
make sure you define the network statement correct between 1 and 2
make sure they have same subnetmask
if there is switch make sure they are in same vlan
good luck and I hope to provide us the configuration.

i will try to describe the problem in more details
router 1 and 2 are directly connected through lan cable and we have DR & BDR in this network
router 2 and 3 are connected point -to-point
from router 3 i can ping router 2 and have routing line to router 1 but i can't ping router 1
from router 2 i can ping router 1 and 3
from router 1 i can ping router 2 and i can see router 3 in its ospf database but i can't ping router 3 when i make traceroute to router 3 i see that the packet forward to the Default gateway not router 2
both router 2 and 3 can see each other through the ospf
but router 1 see router 2 as direct connected and have only one ospf routing line (the default route to anther router
router 1 can see router 2 as neighbor
router 2 can see router 1 and 3 as neighbor
router 3 can see router 2 as neighbor
when i make static route from router 1 to router 3 they can see each other good
note
if i have the same case exactly the same but all router in area 1 i face no problem and every thing work perfect
thanks in advice
