قد يصادفك في بعض الأحيان ان تقابل الرساله التالية ولا تعرف ان كانت من الجهاز او من البرنامج نفسه

وخصوصا انك عندما تريد ان تثبت على الجهاز ان كان يعمل كسيرفر The terminal Server license والذي تمكنك من استعمال برنامج Remote desktop لأكثر من 5 مستخدمين في نفس الوقت اليك الحل البسيط
1- Reinstall TCP/IP on a Windows XP or the server 2003 Computer
In Windows XP or 2003, the TCP/IP stack is a core component of the operating system; therefore, you cannot remove TCP/IP in Windows XP.
2- Install TCP/IP on top of itself
3- In Control Panel, double-click Network Connections, right-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties.
Click Install
4- Click Protocol, and then click Add
5- Click Have Disk
Type the path of the Nettcpip.inf file, and then click OK. Typically, the Nettcpip.inf file is in the C:\Windows\Inf folder
In the list of available protocols, click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click OK.
Restart the computer.
When the computer restarts, the Winsock and the Winsock2 subkeys will be functional
