مشكله فى Microsoft.NET/Framework

السلام عليكم

لدي مشكله فى Microsoft.NET/Framework

المشكله هى ان اى برنامج يحتاج له
عندما احاول فتحه لا يفتح وتظهر لى هذه الصوره

مع العلم انه لدي ويندوز سفن 64

وحينما حاولت ان اقوم بتغيير بعض الاعدادات من هنا كما قال لى البعض


اصبحت الان لا تعمل لدي جميع صيغ ال RMVB وال RM الخاصه بالفيديوهات
ولا اعلم ما هو السبب

تشغيل صيغ الريال ببرنامج الكودك هذا الإصدار 453 و تقدر تحمله من : هنـــــــــــــــــا
