Hi
I have this board ASRock P4VM8 which supports sata1 only
and I am going to buy new sata2 hard disk because I am planning to buy new PC after few months and I will use the same HDD
Therefore, you may tell me if the SATA2 will work with my current M/B even at lower speed
note: performance is not big issue for me right now
