i think is goes back to two points

1 - either Arab here is a singural , it implies that the arab person "singular" got talent of him/herself
2 - the 's stands for has and dealt as singular here

but i support theory number 1

BTW i do not think that a show like this will make such mistake , it goes also to

America's got talent

you are talking about the Morphology of a word , you will need a lexicon for such a thing

example

a word like - Entertainment

this word contains two morphemes

Entertain : a verb itself and a morpheme

- ment : as you can see , a suffix with the function of naming
