cisco firewall problem

greeting all
i have cisco router 3620 and i want to make connaction between cisco router and adsl router and make the cisco work as file wall . i all rady make the route table and from cisco i can ping yahoo but from pc i cant i dont know why plz help me to know what is the problem and from pc i can ping the adsl router but i cant go out of my network

Hi,

You need to add a route in your ADSL router towards the subnet of your pc

" how to add this route to your ADSL " will depend on the provider, check the data sheet came with it.

for example

pc ------------------------- cisco router ------------------------------- ADSL ---------------------- Internt
10.1.1.x/24 -------------------------------- 192.168.1.x/24 ------------------------------------ internet

you will need to add in the ADSL router a route to 10.1.1.x/24 and it will be routed to the cisco router interface .

but i allrday see the route table on the cisco and on the adsl router and i see

i can ping the yahoo from the cisco i guess this mean route is ok btween the cisco and adsl router

and on route tab i see the ips that cisco route send it to adsl router and on cisco i see the ip adsl route send it
and there is on the adsl route the defualt route for internet but still can not ping the yahoo from the pc that direct connected with the cisco router
