AMD Anticipates to Tape-Out First 28nm Chips in Q2 2011



تستعد شركة AMD لاستقبال شريحة بدقة تصنيع 28nm فى الربع الثانى من 2011
من المقرر للشركة الحصول على تصميمين من شرائح 28nm
الاول وهو خاص بالجيل القادم من البطاقات الرسوميةSouthern Islands AMD 7XXX من مصانع TSMC
و الثانى معالجات الـAPU الجديدة من مصانع Globalfoundires
لكن لم نعرف حتى الان اى من التصميمان سوف تستلم



و حسب خارطة الطريق بدقة تصنيع 28nm تأتى معالجات APU فى:



و فى الجيل القادم من البطاقات الرسومية Southern Islands 7XXX
