السلام عليكم

According to the chart shows, Intel will release second quarter 2011, Lyndonville 710 series, code-named enterprise SSD. The series of three solid state drives have 100/200/400GB capacity of MLC NAND memory using 25nm chips, the interface for the SATA 3Gbps.

By the third quarter, code-named Ramsdale and Larsen Creek products will be born, which is Intel720 series of solid-state drive Ramsdale, with two 200/400GB capacity; and Larsen Creek belongs to Smart Response technology, specifically for 311 series solid-state hard disk, only a 20GB capacity. The two series of solid-state drives are used in the 34nm SLC NAND memory chips, which is the SATA 6Gbps Ramsdale configuration interfaces, Larsen Creek configuration is a SATA 3Gbps interface.

After entering the fourth quarter, Intel will launch two series of new products, which are code-named Cherryville and Paint Creek's solid-state hard drive. Which, Cherryville 25nm is used in the MLC NAND memory chips, has 64/120/240/480GB four capacity, configuration, SATA 6Gbps interface; and Paint Creekze 40/80GB only two, the same as 25nm of the NAND memory chip , the configuration is mSATA 3Gbps interface.
