an excellent to join to an international IT business company within an internal IT technical help desk support role.


Install new operating system (windows xp – 7) with business applications like office and oracle etc …..
join to Domains and solve network connections issues .
Answer customer questions in person and via phone, advice user on appropriate action.
Follow standard help desk procedures
Research questions using available information resources.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Monitor services and servers and applications.
Review and update Help Desk documentation as assigned.
Review and recommend modifications to procedures with Team Manager.
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions for future reference
