If for some reason you are unable to use the above site, feel free to use another speed testing site as long as it meets the following Criteria.
1. It records both the upload speed and the ip address of the machine being tested.
2. it provides a result url that we can access independantly.
speedtest.net photos or links will not be acceptable and will result in your account being downgraded, Images that we believe may have been subject to alteration are not acceptable proof of speed.
I would also like to see a screen shot (screen capture) of your torrent client showing your upload and download amounts and your current speed on any torrents from IPT.
Please treat this request with the urgency we believe it warrants and ensure you respond within 24 hours.
Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in your account, the account of the person who invited you and the accounts of anyone you have invited being Downgraded to prevent any further abuse.
