صوت بالجهاز عند تشغيله

السلام عليكم ..

مرحباً بأعضاء منتدى هاردوير العرب..

بأبتدي بمشكلتي ..

أنا عندي لاب توب جديد شاريه .. للعلم أول ماشغله يطلع صوت غريب او زي ماتقولون تكته وكأنه شيء يتحرك بداخل الجهاز الصوت قريب من مكان الهاردسك او ماشابه ..

للعلم الصوت دائماً يظهر عند تشغيل الجهاز .. يعني أول ماضغط على زر التشغيل .. قبل ماتشتغل الشاشه يطلع الصوت من داخل الجهاز ..

وكثير مشآكل بالجهاز مثل لمن أشغل لعبه .. ما أقدر أفتح شيء معها يعني الحين انا بدخل على لعبه .. لمن أشغلها تشتغل عآدي ..

بس لمن اكون ابي اشغل برنامج ثاني مثلاً skype .. تجيني نافذة توقف البرنامج عن العمل ويتقفل برنامج skype .. حتى أقفل اللعبه .. وبعدين اقدر افتح skype ..

وكمان بعض الأحيان يحصل تعليق بسيط في الجهاز .. ولو كان فيه صوت شغال .. وحصل التعليق هذا .. يسبب بتعليق الجهاز كاملاً واضطر اقفله من زر التشغيل ..

ومرات تظهر لي الشاشة زرقاء .. يعني صرآحة لابتوب جديد وتصير فيه هالمشاكل .. :ah26:

إيش تنصحوني بالله ؟ أرجعه للمحل يشوف ايش فيه .. ولا وش رايكم ..

ولو مثلاً وديته للمحل الي شريته منه وش اقوله بالضبط ياليت تفيدوني يالغالين ..

ياريت تسجل الصوت و ترفعه لنا يكون افضل..

انصحك نصيحه اخويه خد الجهاز الى مكان الشراء لان الصوت اكيد من الهارد وحرام الجهاز جديد ويهنج واكيد الحراره بترتفع

بخصوص الي طلب موديل الجهاز هذا هو من توشيبا satellite c655-s9532d ومواصفاته كويسه

وصرآحة انا فكرت كذا اوديه للمحل الي شريته منه يشوف وش المشكله لأن أخاف لو خليته كذا بتصير مشآكل أخرى في المستقبل

هذا الملف به تجميعه لكل الأصوات التى ممكن تصدر من الهارد عندما يكون غير سليم إذا تطابق أى صوت منهم مع الصوت الذى تسمعه عند بداية تشغيل الكومبيوتر ستعرف إذا كان المشكلة من الهارد أم لا
أى أصوات أخرى فهى أصوات عادية جداً

وممكن صورة للشاشة الزرقاء عن طريق أى كاميرا متاحة معك لتحديد سبب المشكلة بالتحديد ؟

بخصوص التعريفات فهي كثيره جداً .. ومادري اي تعريف يكون منها سبب

وبخصوص الأصوات لا الحمدلله الهاردسك مايطلع منه اي صوت من هذا وشكله مجرد صوت عادي ..

وبخصوص الشاشه الزرقا هي ثنتين .. وحده تجي سريعه مالحق اشوف وش مكتوب فيها ويعيد تشغيل الجهاز ..

ووحده ثانيه واظن هذي بسبب حرارة الجهاز يمكن .. لأن اول ماتطلع تجلس شوي ويطلع تحت عداد رقم إذا وصل لـ100 يعيد تشغيل الجهاز .. وكمان للعلم وقت ماتطلع يكون فيه صوت معلق ..

وكمان مرات تطفي الشاشه .. وماتشتغل ثاني بس اسمع صوت تعليق .. طبعاً وقتها مقدر اسوي شيء الا اني اطفي الجهاز من زر التشغيل ..

وصرآحة مدري وش سبب هالمشاكل يعني من حرارة الجهاز او مدري وش الله أعلم

أخى بما أن الجهاز فى الضمان فأمامك فرصة لأرجاعه لأنه من الواضح أنه يوجد به مشكلة فى الهاردوير

للعلم ترا الشاشه الزرقا يكون فيها مكتوب هاردوير وكلام كثير وتحت عداد ..

يعني متأكد المشكله من الهارودير ؟ وكيف اصلحه ؟ ويعني هالمشكله خطيره ؟

ولكن الأفضل لك هو إرجاع الجهاز إلى الضمان بما أنه جديد لأنه لا جدوى من معرفة الجزء المسبب للعطل إذا كنت فى جميع الأحوال سترجعه للضمان :rolleyes:

نظام التشغيل 7 النوع 64 بت

مضاد الفايروسات كان microsoft security essentials وغيرته إلى Norton internet security 2012

الرام حجمه 4 ولكن اللابتوب مستخدم 3.8 منه ..

اللابتوب نوعه توشيبا كرت الشاشه من intel ..

وبعض المعلومات مالي فيها وماعرفلها وكتبت الي اعرفه بس .. ويآاليت تساعدني وربي يوفقك ..

للعلم حبيت أضيف كمان انا وريت ناس هذا التقرير وقالو لي ان سبب الشاشه الزرقا من ملف ntoskrnl.exe وهو ملف البنيه التحتيه للنظام .. وصعب حلها

الا انك تسوي فورمات

وصرآحة انا مادري وش اسوي ياليت تفيدني ياخوي اذا كنت اقدر احلها او لا ..

ويعني لو فرمت بتروح المشآكل السابقه ؟

إذا كان الصوت فقط عند إقلاع الجهاز
أعتقد المشكلة هي في الــ СD_Room اي أنها ليست مثبته بشكل جيد, يرجى التأكد بوضع سي دي فإذا ظهر الصوت مرة أخرى فقد وجدنا الخلل
بالنسبة للشاشة الزرقاء : هل بدأت تظهر بعد حذف برنامج الحماية من شركة مايكروسوفت وتحميل البرنامج الأخر ؟
بشكل عام عند إزالة برامج الحماية تقوم أيضاً بحذف القيم من الريجستري وغالباً ما تحذف معها ملف من System32 للأسف لايحضرني اسمه
فربما يكون هذا هو السبب , طبعاً عند الفورمات أعتقد بان المسألة تُحل
بالنسبة لبرنامج crash لأثق به تماماً, ومع ذلك لننتظر بعض الردود من الأخوة الأكارم
بالتوفيق إنشاء الله
