وصف مشكلتي بشكل كامل بالضبط لكنه باللغة الانجليزية معلش استحملووني
I have only used Windows 7 for 4 days on my new desktop and I have constantly had a freezing issue. The system appears to randomly freeze, sometimes it happens in just a matter of minutes while other times it will freeze after several hours. What happens is the screen freezes and all hardware becomes completely non-responsive (I tested the Num Lock key on my keyboard and can't even turn it off). I am forced to push the reset switch. I have experienced 11 freezes up to the point I'm posting this message. All of which can be noticed in my Event Log (see link below). I have tried to find other events in the Event Log that may explain these freezes but nothing correlates with my existing data.
I have conducted a series of tests allotting 24 hours per test. I originally thought it was my device drivers since the first couple freezes occurred when I was playing C&C Generals Zero Hour. I installed my chipset drivers, graphics drivers, and audio drivers and made sure they were up to date. It has not made a difference though, the freezing continues. Yesterday my computer froze on two separate occasions while I was watching clips on YouTube. I then thought it might be my Belkin F5D8053 Wireless N USB adapter. Today I tested this theory by disconnecting the adapter from the computer. I used the computer as I normally would - I decided to play the movie Gran Torino using VLC media player. The computer froze at 12:26pm (GMT-7) making it 1:06:02 through the movie (not even to the end, a little more than half way through it). So that ruled out the adapter. I read another case that it might be the RAM, but I have ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool and it has detected nothing. At this point I'm beginning to suspect that some program may be the cause of all of this. I'm now at a point where I have run out of thoughts and explanations. Could someone please help me?
