We are a system integrator and services provider. Due to our expansion plan, the company is seeking to hire highly qualified staff to operate, support and manage the mission critical infrastructure of different sites.
Technical Account Manager: (Ref: AM01)
This position will be responsible for the management & administration of different sites and all data centers. Maintain current, accurate inventory of multiple data center environments, using automated methods where possible. Maintain the network item inventory and coordinate with any request for asset verification. He is also responsible to provide detailed documentation for all sites. Manage process for the installation, moving and removal of servers and any required project. Ability to communicate with systems and networking teams to accurately assess their needs before installation of any project. Ability to communicate with the top management to identify and align their objectives with the IT.
Windows System Administrator (Ref: SA01)
This position will be responsible for administration & implementation of the server replacement project. Carry out server patches, OS support and maintenance as required. Monitor daily logs, servers, network devices and other duties might be assigned at the discretion of the IT Management. On site & On-call monitoring, maintenance, support and recovery of all data center systems including network, servers, storage, and software and communication links. The candidate must minimum have:
· Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE or MCITP)
· 8-10 years of experience
· Experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange administration
· Management of windows based network Infrastructure
· Installation and configuration of Microsoft server class OS
· Good command of English language
Technical Support Engineer (Ref: TS 02)
This position will be responsible to implement and support company projects and fulfill service calls within agreed SLA. The candidate must minimum have:
· BSc. In Engineering communication or computers
· 1-3 years of experience
· Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems across all tiers of Microsoft based applications
· Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of hardware and network problems
