السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته منذ مدة وأنا أحاول تنصيب Adobe reader ولكن كل مرة تظهر لي هذه الرسالة بحثت عن الحلول كثيرا ولم تجدي معي أي منها هل من أحد له فكرة رجاءً؟
النظام Windows 7 Home Primum 64bit
الحقيقة أنا أتبعت هذين الطريقتين وبعدها تم حل المشكلة
الأول:
this should work
1. Open regedit (start->run type in the box "regedit")
2. Back up your system register before you start
3. Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes
4. In the edit menu click on permissions
5. Make sure all users have Full Control and Read set to allow.
6. Click on advanced -
In my case there were NO entries here and since this is a single user machine, I typed in Everyone, but I think you could type in Administrators as the group.
Assuming you put everyone - make sure this group has permission set to Full Control. Make sure the Inherit from parent box is checked and that Replace Permissions... is not checked.
Click apply.
Exit out and reboot the computer.
الثاني:
The work around I mention here is for OS’s Windows XP Sp2 and above. Meaning, you are seeing this problem either in Windows XP or Windows Vista or Windows 7.
Open “RegEdit” and browse to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components
Right Click on Components select permissions
Click Advanced
Select the “Owner” Tab
Select Administrators (Group) as owner and Click Apply.
Then Select Checkbox that says “Replace owner on sub containers and objects” and Click apply.
Browse back to the Permissions tab, select the Check box that says “Replace all child objects with inheritable permissions from this object” and Click apply
You should see couple of Warnings similar to below image, but those are fine. Its just complaining about some restricted windows components.
