[salam everybody... today by chance i a faced one problem on my pc .. the problem was massege .......when ,boot my pc before logginig to windows this massege had come.,windows could not start becouse the following file is missing or corrupt
windows root >system 32\hal.dll.
please re-install a copy of the above file
i used the comand fixboot and fixmbr from the recovery console
