-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience required.
-MCSE is advantage.
-Prior experience in technical support "Experience in customer care and software problem resolution is essential."
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
-Experience in Database environment "SQL Server,Oracle"
-Good communication skills in Arabic and English .
-Patience, tolerance and resilience.
