أنتل تطرح معالج Intel 3GHz 800MHz FSB P4 مع طقم الرقاقات 875P

قامت شركة أنتل العريقة في صتاعة المعالجات بطرح معالجات جديد ب FSB أكثر بكثير من السابق

فحسب موقع الشركة أنة سوف يتوفر قريبا معالج بسعر $417 تقريبا 140 دينار السعر غالي جدا

وسوف يكون داعم ل Hyper-Threading

طبعا مع طقم الرقاقات 875P الذي بعض مواقع الهاردوير أنها طقم جيد في المواصفات

حاسس انه عند انتل مشاكل في تصنيع معالجات HT , شكلها تسرعت في طرحها
لذلك الكمية قليلة والسعر غالي ,,هذا برأي و الله أعلم....

Om51 أعتقد أن ما قلته صحيح بخصوص HT ......
وذلك لأنه يقال أن إنتل ستطرح هايبر ثريدينغ 2 مع المعالجات القادمة
هو الأول مشي علشان ينزل الثاني.....
وللمعلومية فإنها كانت متسرعة بطرحه وذلك لأنه ينبغي أن يكون الـ software يدعم هذه التقنية حتى يكون لها تأثير.......
و أغلب الإختبارات كانت تظهر تراجعا في الأداء عند تشغيل ميزة الـHT ...
ولكن حسب علمي أن الويندوز القادم و الأوفيس كذلك سيكونا متوافقين كليا مع تقنية الـHT

"Intel has just informed us that they have discovered a bug in the 3.0GHz Pentium 4 in the final stages of validation and are suspending shipments of the processor. As you can guess by the late notification this was as much of a surprise to us as it was Intel. Needless to say, you won't be able to purchase the Pentium 4 3.0GHz anytime soon but seeing as the bug should not effect our benchmark results we're leaving the review up as a preview. Intel is being very tightlipped about the nature of the bug as it is definitely a blemish in what has been a trouble-free recent history for the chip maker. We'll keep you updated as soon as we get more information, as far as we've been told this delay will not push back the release of other scheduled 800MHz FSB CPUs but that could very well change depending on the severity of the issue at hand.

For the record, we did not encounter any issues during our testing that were out of the ordinary. Our motherboard labs did encounter some issues early on and we'll be investigating to see if they could possibly be related, but without being told any symptoms or the nature of the issue it's going to be very difficult for us to figure out what's causing it. Luckily none of these CPUs should have made it into the hands of any end-users, which is a relief. Intel insists that the problem is limited in nature, only time will tell how much that holds true.



We've mentioned before that Intel has no intentions of significantly ramping up the clock speed of their Pentium 4 processor until the second half of this year when they introduce the first 90nm Prescott core. The move to 90nm will provide for smaller, faster and cooler running transistors that will enable clock speeds of greater than 3.2GHz with relative ease (compared to on the current 130nm core), but until that time comes Intel is relying on improvements on the platform side of things to keep performance competitive.

Today we've seen the launch of Intel's brand new flagship chipset - the 875P (previously known as Canterwood); alongside the 875P, Intel is introducing their newest flagship desktop processor - the Pentium 4 C. The C designates 800MHz FSB support, much like the B designated 533MHz FSB support in the early days of the first 533MHz FSB Pentium 4 processors.

Eventually the C designation will fade away, but we're stuck with it initially in order to remove any confusion when customers see two identically clocked processors with different FSB frequencies. You actually won't have to deal with that confusion for another several weeks, as the first and only 800MHz FSB Pentium 4 processor being released at this time doesn't overlap in clock speed with any other Pentium 4.

The first 800MHz FSB CPU from Intel is the Pentium 4 3.0C which, as you can probably guess, runs at an even 3GHz - just 66MHz shy of the previous champ. There will be other 800MHz FSB processors to come, both lower and higher clocked than today's 3.0C, but for now this is all Intel is introducing.

أنا أرى أن طرح أنتل لمثل هذا المعالج هو بمثابة تفوق لهم على amd

وأتوقع أنخفاض ملموس للمعالجات3.06 HT في الأشهر القليلة المقلبة
