Please I want your help urgently
I have the following picture to be published with an article in one of the medical journals
but the problem that they want a specific configurations for the picture
as they asked
Color: .tif, resolution 300 dots-per-inch (CMYK), sized to 8.4 cm column width
and my problem is how to make my artwork with this specifications
Please can anyone help me in that as soon as possible
