It seems that you do not understant Arabic, no problem i will explain in english
if you are looking forr perfomence the mother boared should be the last thing to care about because it it does not affect more than 1 or 2 percent of performence in gratest cases
so the performance difference do never worth that extra money

but you should note that some of p35 based motherboareds support ddr3 while any of p31 based motherboareds do not do that
