Please Can any one leade me in the way of studying CCSP
i want To use Dynamips to study CCSP
I want some labs To simulate IPS Appliances ,Cisco PIX and ASA
is this possiple using dynamips and how do I get It work is there is any sample labs I can run?
and please if there is any body want to join me in studying this course let's make a group and share information.

You can use dynamips with SDM to cover some topics in CCSP, but for PIX and ASA you need to use pmeu with dynamips, unfortunately I did't use pmeu yet so I can't help you here, but I'm sure there is lots of topics describe how to use it and how to connect it to dynamips, check out hacki forum for that
I'm not sure if you can practise IPS and IDS in simulation or not

since I posted this topic I found some articles takingabout this staff and I found Something about emulating IPS/IDS using VMware

It's Greate since I started my ccsp to by studying IPS but this article taking about configuring IPS system on alinux box beside I don't have the software Image so any body have this Image I have to collect as much information as I can on this topics IPS,PIX,ASA Beside a little Practise because I have an Interview Next week regarding A ccnp position but they require some Knowledge in this products
any way I found this interview a good execuse to start sudying CCSP
If I found any usefull Information I will post It here any body interisted in this topic we can contribute I'm Trying collect the materials for this course beside I have Downloaded a good CBT for it
any if there is any body know how to emulate this applications .we will appreciate that too much and

that is normal Do you know that Cisco IPS system is runing under a version of linux redhat kernel
I mean the Cisco IPS Appliance it self is runing Redhat Linux kernel
any way I think as long as we use Vmware it might run the same way on windows any way I will give it a try and I will post the result
