السلام عليكم :
كنت عند احد اصدقائى فى مدينه القاهره والمفروض ان صديقى يعمل مهندس شبكات الا اننى تفاجأت انه ترك مجال الشبكات نهائيا لاسباب شرحها لى ليست محل نقاش الان .
المهم انه انتقل الى مجال وهو SYSTEM BUSINESS ANALYSIS وقد شرح لى شيئا بسيطا عن هذا العمل وبصراحه اعجبنى جدا فلو احد عنده اى معلومات عن هذا التخصص ومتطلباته ومجالات عمله ارجوا ان يفيدنى به

تقصد بمجال Microsoft ؟ وهل تقصد برامج الـ Dynamics مثل CRM و ERP وغيرها.

للاسف لا اعرف يا اخ عراقى . كل ما عرفته انه يقوم بتحليل اداء الشركه المالى لمعرفه الانحرافات واشياء خرى
لكنى اريد تفاصيل اكثر اذا احد يعرف

تعرف ياحاج عراقى انى نفسى اجد مجال اقدر اربط فيه بين التحليل المالى والكمبيوتر . انا درست اسس التحليل المالى والانحرافات وماشابه ذلك . ان شالله استفسر من الاخ صديقى ده عن التخصص ده واحاول افيدك به
فى شئ كمان قاله لى قالى ان المرتب بتاع العمل ده حاجه عاليه جدا طبعا فى ناس هتقولك لا دا الفلوس مش كل حاجه اروح على طول قايله هى مش كل حاجه صحيح لكن تمثل لوحدها 80 %

Job description
A systems business analyst designs new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Working closely with the client, they examine existing business models and the flows of data in the business. They discuss their findings with the client, and then design an appropriate improved IT solution.

They draw up and cost specifications and produce outline designs of new IT systems, specifying the data, files and logical operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user.

They present their design to the client and, once approved, they work closely with the client team to implement the solution.

» Typical work activities
Most systems/business analysts work with a specific type of IT system, which varies with the type of organisation. Depending on the size and nature of the organisation, work activities will typically involve:

liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
producing project feasibility reports;
translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems;
drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
presenting proposals to clients;
working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;
overseeing the implementation of a new system;
planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
writing user manuals;
providing training to users of a new system;
keeping up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments.
Job titles in the IT sector can be fluid, changing with advances in technology, and also varying between organisations. It is a good idea to look at the job description beneath the job title. For example, analysts may be known as systems or business analysts or, simply, as IT consultants. The situation is further complicated by the introduction of fourth generation languages (4GL) and object-orientated programming, which make it easier for 'analyst/developers' to design and modify systems. Traditional boundaries between systems analysis and programming have eroded and many practitioners now regard themselves as analysts/developers. Some overlap with project management is also common

Useful Skills

A business systems analyst must have a broad understanding of business and information technology, including data networks and database management. They must also understand the limitations of technology in relation to some business processes.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are also necessary, as are interpersonal skills, because analysts need to be able to deal with clients who may not be technologically literate.

As one of the major concerns of a business systems analyst is trying to provide the most cost-effective system at the time that the client requires it, skills in cost management and time management are essential.

Looking beyond the 'Business' in Business Systems Analyst

Systems analysts are not restricted to solving problems in the business sector. They may also be called in to companies in a range of industry sectors, including science or engineering companies that use computers extensively in their daily operations.
