شاشة زرقاء ورمز خطأ... ماسرهما؟

السلام عليكم لماذا لا يستطيع أحد حتى ميكروسوفت حل هذه المشكلة و هي ظهور الشاشة الزرقاء عدة مرات و جهاز لابتوب جديد و مواصفات عالية حتى أنني قمت بحوار مع شركة Hp من خلال الجات بدون ما يحلو هذه المشكلة و لم يستطيعوا حلها حتى البحث في مشاكل مايكروسوف لا وجود لحل نهائي المشكلة حدثت معي هذه المشكلة عدة مرات منذ شرائي للجهاز منذ تقريباً 5 أشهر و المشكلة هي هذه

Probably caused by : ntkrnlpa.exe ( nt+5b5dc ) بعد تحليلها ببرنامج من مايكروسوفت وكل المواقع تقول بأنها ملف و يندوز و أمس حصل هذه المشكلة عند أغلاق الجهاز وهي في شاشة shut down فيا ترى متى نرى الحل؟؟؟؟

يبدو أنكَ شاطر في الكلمات المتقاطعة:rolleyes: ، فعنوان المشاركة لايدل على موضوعها، وحينما أردت تعديله... وجدتُ صعوبة في الأمر لأنكَ لم تذكر في نص الموضوع شيئاً واحداً بشكل محدد ودقيق.... إلا أن الجماعة لم يفلحوا في حل المشكلة.
نريد رمز الخطأ بشكل كامل مثل:

ويهمنا بشكل محدد الرقم المؤشر بالأحمر.
زودنا بالتفاصيل اللازمة وتذكر أن تكتب لمساهماتكَ عنواناً يدل عليها، تحت طائلة حذف المساهمة عند المخالفة كما تنص قوانين المنتدى الجديدة.

إستفدنا من كل التفاصيل الجديدة أن رمز الخطأ هو 0xc0000005 وأن نظام التشغيل هو Windows Vista x86 .
بشكل عام، يحدث الخطأ (0xc0000005) نتيجة إنتهاك في الدخول الى الذاكرة (Memory Access Violation) أي دخول غير صحيح إليها. وهذا يعود لأسباب متعددة منها... شريحة أو شرائح ذاكرة تالفة، تعريف تالف أو به أخطاء برمجية، برنامج أو تطبيق معين يعاني أخطاء برمجية، وفي نظام XP SP2 يضاف لذلك البرمجيات الأعلانية والتطفلية(Malware/Adware).
إذا لوحظ أن تلك الشاشة الزرقاء تأتي عند تشغيل برنامج معين... فمن المفيد أحياناً مراجعة موقع الشركة المنتجة له، فلربما يجد المرء أنهم توصلوا لحل. على سبيل المثال... كان هذا الخطأ يحصل في إصدار معين من برنامج Symantec Antivirus مع رسالة تتحدث عن ملف إسمه SAVRT.SYS، وقد تداركت الشركة الأمر في تحديثات البرنامج اللاحقة.
خلاصة الحديث، دقق النقاط المعداتية (Hardware) والبرمجية (Software) المذكورة أعلاه بتأنٍ وروية، إستبدل الذواكر بأخرى على سبيل التجربة، لاحظ أي برنامج يتزامن تشغيله مع المشكلة، وبالتوفيق.

أخي العزيز جهازي لابتوب Hp Pavilion أشتريته قبل 5 أشهر فقط و لا أستعمله كثيراً و مواصفات عالية.

إشترى أحد معارفي كومبيوتراً محمولاً علامة Asus بمواصفات أعلى من جهازكَ وبشريحة ذاكرة واحدة، وبعد يومين ذهب للشركة ليدفع ثمن تركيب شريحة ذاكرة أخرى، وعاد للبيت ليُفاجأ بالشاشة الزرقاء. بعد البحث والتمحيص... لم تكن شرائح الذاكرة من علامة تجارية تضمن Asus إشتغالها مع الجهاز . أخبر الرجل الشركة البائعة بذلك وطلب إستبدال الشرائح بأي من العلامات المضمونة من أسوس. الشركة البائعة رفضت أي تشكيك بصلاحية الشرائح المُثبتة قائلين أنهم لايعتدّون بمعلومات وردت على صفحة إنترنت... حتى لو كانت من أسوس. أعاد صاحبنا الجهاز وإسترد ماله.

أتفق مع أخي النديم
لايعني شراء جهاز جديد من علامة تجارية محترمة انه سليم 100/100 من المشاكل العتادية اي مشاكل ما يخص الهاردوير
مرارا يشتري العديد مممن أعرفهم مشكل شراء أشياء جديدة ولمن لاتعمل عادي
فانا مثلا بشركة اشترينا ثلاث لوحات ام جديدة نتعامل مرارا مع من أرسوها لنا (شركة أخرى)
وطلعت واحدة عطلانة لا تعمل
عادي سنعيدها لهم

شكراً أخي المشكلة هنا ليس لدينا شركات او وكلاء معتمدين من قبل الشركات الكبرى حتى نشتري منهم مباشرة و انما محلات شخصية يبيعون أجهزة الكومبيوتر بدون ضمان فمثلاً جهازي مشترى في امارات من قبل صاحب المحل مع مجموعة اخرى بدون ضمان حتى أذا انا اردت ان أرسلها الى دبي فسوف تكلفني سعر جهاز جديد هذه هي المشكلة و ألا كنت قد أستبدلتها بجهاز أخر لو كان هناك ضمان و عليه أبحث عن حل بنفسي مع فائق الشكر.

اخوي كان عنده نفس المشكلة dell inspiron 2.00ghz بعد بأسبوعين طلعتله الشاشة الزرقاء وداه على الشركة خلوه عندهم اسبوعين قال شو تحت الفحص بعد ما رجعولياه راحت الشاة و قالوله انو الجهاز مافيه شي طبعا تبين في مابعد انهم غير الرام سيدي العزيز بدون ما اتعب حالك غير الرام و قرير العين رح تنام

هكذا إذن !! أخي لاحظ أنكَ لم تعلق بكلمة على جوهر خطوات العلاج التي إقترحتها عليكَ في مساهمتي #5 وإنتقلتَ بالموضوع الى مسار آخر. إذا كانت تلك النقاط غير مفهومة فأنا مستعد لتبسيط شرحها.
لا تُرفع الرايات البيضاء لأن الجهاز دون ضمان، وإلا ماذا يفعل مَن إنتهت مدة ضمان أجهزتهم؟

لا يا أخي العزيز لقد جربت كل الطرق حتى ما طرحته أنت لكن لا فائدة رفعت الراية البيضاء و قمت بأعادة الجهاز الى البائع و بعد سجال كبير و أقترحت عليه أن يصلحه لي و عجز عن ذلك قبل أن يرجعه بعد أن أستقطع جزء من المبلغ هذا ما قصدته أما بالنسبة الى الأقتراحات فنفذتها حرفاً حرفاً و لكم جزيل الشطر.
