Event Summary

“Kings Arena'' is the biggest eSports on-ground offline tournament to be held after the Covid-19 pandemic, featuring a massive prize pool of EGP 380,000. The event was free-to-join, with no restrictions. Players had the chance to compete in 5 different games, such as Call of Duty: Warzone, Fortnite, FIFA 21, PUBG MOBILE and Valorant. With a total number of registers exceeding +20,000 users in just 2-weeks. Gamers had the chance to compete across their preferred platform. The on-ground arena featured PlayStations 4, High-End PCs, and gaming smartphones. “Kings Arena” was active for 2-weeks in Mall of Egypt and City Centre Almaza parallelly. The concept of the tournament was as follows: Each mall featured daily qualifiers, where players competed for a seat in the Finals, for a chance to win EGP 15,000/Game handed to every winner from every game for each mall. In other words, each mall hosted its own tournament that was played in parallel with one another.

This was just the beginning, as winners from the early phases had the opportunity to compete against each other in the Grand Finals. This time, the winners from each mall competed against each other for the ultimate prize pool of EGP 30,000/Game. Arabhardware Role:
Onground: Arabhardware was proudly responsible for all the technical aspects of Kings Arena. By providing an offline gameplay experience to real life, Arabhardware has empowered Kings Arena event with over 60 gaming stations. x Gaming PCs equipped with
high-end gaming monitors, and peripherals along with over +20 PlayStation devices. Network Solutions was another case as we were in charge of the network infrastructure and provided instant troubleshooting services throughout the 14 days of the tournament.

 Marketing & PR: As part of the tournament promotions, Arabhardware has managed to reach an overall reach of +3,000,000 Audiences in just 14 days on our social media platforms, through full event coverage such as generating PRs, Articles, Social Media Posts, and Event’s Highlights videos. Along with reaching some mega influencers in the gaming scene like Amr Nsoo7y a sports blogger and Fifa content creator” and “Sa3dola a well known PUBG streamer to take part either by commentating or participating in gameplay with the other gamers.
Consultancy: Due to Arabhardware’s strong connections with the global gaming publishers, we were able to Secure game publishers' approvals and ensure that the event followed all guidelines and regulations. Moreover, designing the tournament flow and deciding on the games chosen for the tournament. We’ve also partnered with the #1 eSports platform in the Middle East GBarena.com to ensure data security, fast registration, automated score calculation, and a pointing system. In addition to We’ve also managed to get support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Egyptian Federation of Electronic Games to honor us with an on-site visit.
