uP6213AJ PWM controller chip
There is a uP6213AJ PWM controller chip at the back of PCB,supporting up to 3/4 phase power supply.And it employs three uP6284AD IC,supporting two phase power supply.

Similar with reference model,Gigabyte GV-N460OC-1GI features 3+1 phase power supply,3 phase is for GPU,one is for memory.In addition,it employs Metal Choke inductance,skyblue Japanese capacitors.



At the back of PCB,it is equipped with a NCP5388 PWM chip,controlling up to 4 phase power supply.
