السلام عليكم...
ان الجهاز يعمل وتستطيع ان تتاكد من عن طريق الراوتر وسخدام خصائص(arp)
لقد قمت بالعديد من عمليات التحديث لاجهزة سيسكو ((firmware upgrade)) ويجب ان تكون هناك بعض الشروط لغرض اتمام العملية:
1- ربط الجهاز مباشر الى (call manager) اي انة يجب الا يكون هناك اي (NAT) او (PAT) مهم جدا واذا امكن لا توجد (Vlan) في محل ربط الجهاز المراد تحديثة علما اني مخصص (router interface) و(cisco switch) فقط لغرض عملية الـ(firmware upgrade)
2- تفعيل (DHCP) ويجب ان يحتوي على (option 150 ) الخاص بال(tftp server) مكان الذي سوف يستخدمة الجهاز لغرض التحديث
3- وجود الـ (firmware) الخاص بالجهاز في (call manager) وهذه اهم فقره
4- تستمر هذه العملية لعدة دقائق واثناء ذلك يعيد الجهاز تشغيل نفسه (restart)
مهم:::: في حالة لو انفصل مجهز الكهرباء او قمت باطفاء الجهاز يجب اتباع هذه الخطوات وادخال هذا الرمز من جديد لغرض اعادة عملية الـ(upgrade)
Step 1 While the phone is powering up, and before the Applications Menu button flashes on and off, press and hold #.
Continue to hold # until the message LED on the handset flashes on and off in sequence in red.
Step 2 Release # and press 123456789*0#.
You can press a key twice in a row, but if you press the keys out of sequence, the factory reset will not take place.
After you press these keys, the message LED on the handset flashes faster in red and the phone goes through the factory reset process.
