شباب .. لدي مبنى واريد ان اجرب الاي بي تيليفون ماهي المتطلبات التي احتاجها علما انني اريد ان يكون من سيسكو اريد انواع التليفونات والهاردوير والسوفت وير اللي احتاجه وهذه بعض المتطلبات اللي نصحني فيها احد الاخوان جزاه الله خير فما رأيكم وما نصائحكم

first you have to ansuer the following questions
for Call processor
1- How many users should the call processor support currently as well as for future expansion?

2- Which platform should be supported (WINDOWS or LINUX)?
3- Should the system support voice mails? If yes, how many mailboxes needed currently as well as for future expansion?
4- Is it required redundancy in Call Processor?
5- If there are main and remote Sites, should SRST (Survivable Remote Site Telephony as backup license) supported in remote sites?
“SRST is a feature that let remote sites make internal and external calls using their PSTN lines when the connection to main site is lost”

Media Gateway
1- Does the customer have any Gateway installed (Internet Router)? If yes, what’s its type and model?

2- What is the type and the number of PSTN trunks in each site (E1s, Telephone lines, ISDN,..)?
3- Is there any analog machines should be connected (Fax Machines, Analog Phones,..)?
4- Should Media Gateway support security?

5- Should the Media Gateway support any WAN interfaces for WAN connectivity? If yes, please specify.
