Please Can anyone tell me how to add new user attribute in win Server 2003 to be shown in general tab

first of all i hope that you know it's not recommended for doing that and you if don't know exactly how you can do this things
it's better to not doing it

yes as kingo say it's not recommended but if this action necessary
you should first do it in an test environment
when i make it from maybe 4 years
i do some test in an test environment even i was know what i'm doing
