قم بتنزيل اَخر التعريفات لجهازك من موقع الشركة المنتجة وتعريف كارت الشاشة من شركة أنفيديا

لأن هناك تعريف بجهازك هو المتسبب لمعظم الشاشات الزرقاء التى ظهرت بجهازك

وأحذف برنامج ال Hotspot Shield إذا كنت لا تستخدمه لأنه تسبب فى ظهور شاشة زرقاء سابقاً وممكن أن يكون السبب فى الشاشات الزرفاء التى تظهر معك

قم بالدخول على البيوس وجرب الرجوع للأعدادات الأفتراضية لكن لا تنسى أن تقوم بأرجاع وضع الساتا إلى AHCI لكن تستطيع أن تقلع إلى الويندوز من خلال هارد ال SSD

وإذا ظهرت نفس الشاشة الزرقاء قم بتجربة الحلول الاَتية :

1- قم بفك الهارد ال SSD وقم بتنصيب ويندوز على الهارد الساتا وقم بالأقلاع عن طريق هذا الهارد

2- قم بفك رامة فى كل مرة وجرب إذا ما كنت ستستطيع الدخول على الويندوز

3- قم بفك كارت الشاشة الخارجى إذا كان موجود وجرب تشغيل جهازك عن طريق كارت الشاشة المدمج

4- قم بتجربة باورسبلاى اَخر

عد عناء طويل وتجربة الكمبيوتر قطعة قطعة وجدت المشكلة

وهو الهاردسك ssd

المشكلة بالهارد كل بعد ثلث ساعة من تشغيل الجهاز يقعد يعلق والبرامج لاتستجيب بالذات النتصفح فايرفوكس ويبقى معلق بدون ان تاتي الشاشة الزرقاء

على العموم أريد منك تحميل برنامج HD Tune ثم أدخل على التبويب Health وأرفع صورة توضيحية للهارد الأول وصورة للهارد الثانى ويمكن أختيار الهارد من القائمة المنسدلة بالأعلى.

انا بالفعل جربت الحاجات دى كلها بس بردو نفس المشكله بعد فتره من التشغيل
والشاشه الزرقاء ملهاش اى وقت معين عندى
ساعات اثناء اللعب او اثناء التصفح وبتظهر مرة واحده

ركب الهارد ال SSD كهارد أول ثم أدخل على البيوس وقم بالرجوع للأعدادات الأفتراضية ثم قم بتغيير وضع الساتا إلى AHCI وإذا ظهرت لك بعدها شاشة زرقاء بالكود 7b قم بتحميل ويندوز جديد

وبالنسبة للهارد ال SSD هل مازال فى الضمان أم أنتهى ضمانه ؟

قم أولاً بفحص الهارد والرام كما هو موضح بأول الموضوع

وقم بتحميل اَخر التعريفات الخاصة بجهازك من موقع الشركة المنتجة وأحذف التعريفات القديمة وبالأخص التعريف الخاص بكارت الشبكة والدش وكارت الشاشة

وإذا قمت بتنصيب أى تعريف فى الأيام الماضية قم بحذفه والرجوع للتعريف القديم وإذا قمت بتحديث البيوس مؤخراً أرجع للأصدار القديم.
