هل قمت بتوصيل أى جهاز جديد على جهازك أو قمت بتحميل أى تعريف جديد قبل ظهور الشاشة الزرقاء ؟ ومتى تظهر معك الشاشة الزرقاء بالتحديد ؟
وإذا قمت بتحميل أى تعريف جديد على جهازك قبل ظهور هذه المشك قم بعمل الاَتى :
قم بالضغط على زر F8 من الكيبورد قبل ظهور شاشة الأقلاع الخاصة بالويندوز ثم قم بأختيار Last Know Good Configuration
وإذا لم تنجح معك هذه الطريقة قم بالدخول على وضع ال Safe Mode وأحذف اَخر برامج ودريفرات قمت بتنصيبها على جهازك ثم قم بالرجوع إلى التعريف السابق له مرة أخرى،
وقم بفك أى جهاز جديد قمت بتوصيله على جهازك مؤخراً وجرب تشغيل جهازك بدونه.
الجهاز له معي سنة ونصف بعد ماشريته بشهرين حدثت المشكلة و رحت الصيانة وعملت له فورمات وبعد ذلك مرتين نفس الشي عملت له فورمات
المشكلة تحدث عند تشغيل مقطع فيديو يبدا يعلق المقطع وبعدبن تطلع الشاشة الزرقة
اممممممممممممم للاسف مش حقدر اعمل كدة لانى الكيسة بتاعتى مقفولة NZXT TEMPEST EVO
و كدة حتكهرب مش حتلسوع بس :p
على العموم ان شاء الله تكون مشكلة عفوية و مش حتكرر لو اتكررت :eek: انا حتصرف تصرف تانى بقى :mad:

بس حضرتك فى الشاشة الزرقاء قلى انه ممكن يكون بسبب البرامج او المحركات تعريفات اللى سطبت حديثا و كمان مكتوب هنا

اسطب ويندوز من جديد و خلاص
و لا ممكن فعلا يكون عيب حرارة بردو و اخده معايا فى الصيانة ولا اروح الضمان و العيب من ايه بالظبط الماذر بورد ولا البروسيسور بجد حاجة تنرفز و شكرا
مشكلتك بسيطة جداً وحدثت مع بعض الأخوة وحلها تعطيل تسريع الفيديو
ولعمل ذلك أضغط كليك يمين على الفيديو وأدخل على settings ثم أدخل على أول تبويب وقم بألغاء الخيار Enable Hardware Accleration كما هو موضح بالصورة
درجات الحرارة عندك ميت فل وعشرة ومفيهاش أى حاجة

ولكن قبل ما تسطب التعريفات أحذف كل التعريفات القديمة وأعمل ريستارت للكومبيوتر وبعدين نضف الريجيسترى ببرنامج CCleaner وبعدين أعمل ريستارت مرة تانية و سطب التعريفات الجديدة
ولو ظهرتلك شاشة زرقا مر تانية عايزك تنسخ وتلصق التقرير على طول مش لازم تصوره.

عندي مشكلة الشاشه الزرقاء كما يظهر بالصوره الرجاء من خبراء الصيانه حل لهذه الشاشه و ما هي الاسباب
قم بذكر بيانات جهازك كما هى مذكورة بأول الموضوع وقم بنسخ تقرير برنامج WhoCrashed وإذا قمت بكسر سرعة المعالج قم بالرجوع للأعدادات الأفتراضية للبيوس

معرفش ولكن الصورة دى من برنامج cuo-z جايز تساعد
5- أسم كارت الشاشة الذى تستخدمه إذا كان خارجى و أسم الشركة المنتجة
دى صورة علبة الكارت
6- أسم الشركة المنتجة للباورسبلاى و قدرته بالوات
دى بقه معرفش افيديك فيهه بس الكيسة كيسة اروجنال متغيرش فيهه حاجة غير الرامات وكارت الشاشة

دى بعد مخلصت بحث خالص على 2 ونص من ال3 جيجا رامات وانا خليت البرنامج يعمل بحث مرة واحدة

ارجوك اهتم بشدة وقولى الغلط فين انا خايف اوى على الكيسة لان فلوسه لسه مبردتش
المشكلة الموجودة عندك سببها برنامج خدمى بالويندوز أسمه Ready Boost ويقوم هذا البرنامج بتسريع أداء الجهاز عن طريق الأستفادة من سرعة الفلاشات الحديثة
فإذا قمت بتفعيل هذه الخدمة بدون أن تقصد قم بألغائها عن طريق الضغط كليك يمين على الفلاشة وستجد تبويب أسمه ReadyBoost أدخل عليه وقم بألغاء تفعيله إذا كان مفعل
وإذا لم تحل هذه المشكلة قم بتحميل نسخة ويندوز غير معدلة ولكن قم بعمل فورمات للنسخة القديمة قبل تحميل النسخة الجديدة غير المعدلة
وإذا لم ينفع معك هذه الحل أيضاً قم بفك الرامتين الذى قمت بشرائهم وقم بقرائة البيانات الموجودة عليهم (التواقيت - الفولتيات - التردد) وقم بالدخول على أعدادات البيوس وعدل أعدادات الرام يدوياً لتتطابق مع هذه البيانات
ولكن لاحظ إذا كانت الفولتيات غير متطابقة بين الرامتين لا يمكنك تشغيلهم مع بعض بطريقة مستقرة على جهازك.

اى انتظار شرحك بجانب الجديد
انا وديت الكيسة لواحد بتاع صيانة قلى المشكلة ان عندك الرامتين عملين زى قفلة مع بعض
علشان كده بتاجيلك الشاشة الزرقا وكمان مفيش ولا مدخل usb راضى يقره ومبيقروش غير الفلاشة فقط
قولت اريح نفسى خلعت الفلاشة ال1 جيجا الى المفترض انهه سبب المشكلة
شغلت المهم الجهاز اعد يحاول يتكيف على الفلاشة الى اتشالت

جات اشغل المداخل الusb يا حسرتى
كالعادة مش راى يقره الطابعة hp1005
وادانى نفس المشكلة الى فى الصورة دى
انا بصراحة اتخنقت اخر حاجة

وانا الرامات عندى 8 جيجا دى دى ار 3
حاول تساعدنى وانا قريت موضوعك بس مش عارف افهم وحاسس بلخبطة

الموضوع دا قالقنى اوى حضرتك وخصوصا بعد منزلت ويندوز اكتر من 5 مرات وبنسخ سفن التميت مختلفة
وكلها 64 بت
والجهاز عندى بقالو 4 شهور يعنى لسة جديد

ربما حدثت بسبب كراك الويندوز الذي تستخدمه؟ بعض الكراكات تحاول إحداث تغييرات لإيهام الويندوز أن جهازك هو فعلياً جهاز OEM (يعني من المصنع, مثل Dell أو HP التي تأتي مرخصة جاهزة بنسخ ويندوز)
متى تظهر الشاشة؟ هل تظهر بعد تنصيب درايفر معين, أو بعد تثبيت الكراك؟
حاول اعمل فورمات للويندوز, و استخدم Win Loader by Daz

بإمكانك تفعيل الويندوز خلال التنصيب (بواسطة اللودر) أو بعد انتهاء التنصيب
لو كان خلال التنصيب فلن تحتاج لإدخال سيريال, و لو شغلته كأي برنامج بعد الانتهاء من التنصيب بإمكانك إدخال سيريال أو لا... الأمر يعود لك. المهم لا تختر Activate automatically خلال التنصيب
