انا عندى مشكله الشاشه الزرقاء وعملت التست على الرام وطلعلى ايرور



وبعدين جربت الاربع حلول الخاصه بمشكله الرام
رجعت الاعدادات الافتراضيه للبايوس
وسطبت ويندوز جديد
ونضفت سوكت الرامات
وغيرت مكانها
وشغلت واحده والتانيه لا وبدلتهم وهكذا
وبردو نفس المشكله وكل لما اعمل الرام تيست يدينى ايرور والجهاز يوقف ويعمل ريستارت الشاشه الزرقاء

ودى مواصفات جهازى
















ومش مسطب حاليا انتى فايرس لانى لسه منزل الويندوز بس دايما بسطب microsoft security essentials

والباور سبلاى بتاعى هو SeaSonic M12II 620W 80 PLUS PSU

وعندى مشكله تانيه ابتدت تحصل وهى ان الويندوز ساعات لما بيعمل ريستارت الجهاز بيشتغل بس الشاشه سودا
وبقعد ارستر الجهاز كذا مرة لحد لما الشاشه تشتغل

نزل حضرتك برنامج ال Avast وحدثه وأفحص بيه جهازك بالكامل ونزل اَخر تعريفات لجهازك من الموقع الرسمى للشركة المنتجة وأحذف التعاريف القديمة فى وضع ال Safe Mode

وياريت حضرتك توضح أيه البرامج الموجودة بجانب الساعة

ولما فحصت الرام فحصتها فى وقت أد أيه بالتقريب ؟

قم بالدخول فى وضع ال Safe Mode وقم بحذف جميع البرامج الغير متوافقة مع نظام التشغيل الحالى وحمل البرامج المتوافقة مع ويندوز 7 64 بت وقم بتنزيل اَخر التعريفات الخاصة بجهازك من موقع الشركة المنتجة لكل مكون بجهازك وقم بحذف جميع التعريفات القديمة ثم قم بتنظيف الريجيسترى بأى برنامج متخصص مثل Tune Up Utilities أو Advanced System Optimizer ثم قم بتنصيب التعريفات الحديثة

وإذا تكررت معك الشاشات الزرقاء برجاء فحص الهارد والرام كما هو مذكور بأول الموضوع ووضح الوقت الذى تحدث فيه الشاشات الزرقاء غالباً وقم برفع تقرير جديد لبرنامج WhoCrashed

وكل البرامج دى على طول متسطبه عندى من سنين وقبل اى مشاكل ماتحصل

غيرت الهارد خالص و جبت مكانه واحد مش عليه اى برامج او اى حاجه وسطبت عليه ويندوز واشتغل فتره وبعد كده شاشه زرقاء تانى

انا عملت اللى فى الموضوعين واللى انت قلت عليه وبردو نفس المشكله ودى نتايج ال Scan كمان
