جهاز HP Pavilion DV6 معروف بأرتفاع درجة حرارته ودرجة حرارة المعالج فى الخمول وصلت لأكثر من 70 درجة مئوية وعند الضغط عليه سيتسبب فى تعدى درجة الحرارة الآمنة ولهذا تظهر الشاشات الزرقاء

غريب أنك تذكر بأن مضاد الفيروسات المستخدم هو Avira Internet Security Suite ثم يظهر أن مسبب المشكلة هو مضاد فيروسات آخر وهو Baidu Antivirus
وهو برنامج دعائى أكثر منه حماية وهذا البرنامج ممكن أن ينصب نفسه على جهازك عن طريق أى برنامج آخر وله برامج أخرى مثل Baidu PC Faster
أحذفه أولاً من control panel ثم عطل تشغيله فى بداية تشغيل جهازك عن طريق أداة msconfig ويمكن الوصول إليها عن طريق كتابة اسمها عند فتح قائمة start
أو أستخدم System Restore للرجوع لأى نقطة قبل تحميل هذا البرنامج ويفضل عمل ذلك عن الخطوة السابقة إذا أمكن.

عطل تشغيله مثلما وضحت أو أرجع لأى نقطة استعادة قديمة قبل تنصب هذا البرنامج.

1- قم بتحميل آخر تعريف لكارت الشبكة من موقع الشركة المنتجة.
2- احذف التعريف القديم من لوحة التحكم.
3- قم بتنصيب التعريف الجديد الذى قمت بتحميله.
4- إذا لم تحل المشكلة قم بحذف برنامج الحماية الذى تستخدمه بجهازك وأحذف أى برامج متعلقة بالأنترنت ( برامج تسريع التحميل - برامج التورنت ) وحمل نسخ جديدة منها أو أى برمج بديلة.
جرب الخطوات السابقة وأخبرنى بالنتيجة.
