اخوي اسف لم اعلم ان هناك موضوع مثبت لهذه المشكله حيث انني فتحت موضوع جديد انا جهازي توشيبا عندي مشكلها لها بالضبط 5 شهور لم أجد لها حل وصدقوني لايوجد محل صيانة كمبيوتر الا ذهبت اليه لاكن من غير فائده كمبيوتري توشيبا 500L ستلايت رام 4 جيجا هاردسك 500 جيجا نوع المعالج intel i3 2.27hz نظام وندز 7 64 بت كرت الشاشة مدمج

المهم المشكله وهيه الشاشة الزرقاء كل مااشغل الجهاز وافتح اي صفحه من النت او فلم او احمل اي شي تاتيني الشاشة الزرقاء ويعيد الجهاز التشغيل تقريبا في اليوم 21 مره لغاية ما امل واقفل الجهاز

لكي احل المشكله غيرت الرامات وغيرت الهاردسك وغيرت المعالج وعملت فورمات للجهاز 3 مرات ونفس المشكله مازالت في الظهور قالو لي المشكله من كرت الشاشه ولاكن كرت الشاشه مدمج مع الماذربورد ولايمكن تركيبه ولو كان منفصل كان غيرته والى الان لم اجد حل هل ممكن مساعدتي بارك الله فيكم انا من السعوديه من مدينة جده
ووضعت لكم جميع روابط صور معلومات جهازي من معلومات النظام كامله

ملاحظه اكثر ماتظهر لي المشكله لمن احمل فلم تورنت جربت تقريبا كل برامج تورنت في جهازي ونفس المشكله ولاكن ايضا تطلع من دون تحميل تورنت ولاكن الاكثر بالتورنت

المشكلة من تعريف الوايرلس أو برنامج متعارض معه فجرب أولاً تحميل آخر تعريف من موقع الشركة المنتجة ثم جرب حذف التعريف الحالى وتنصيب آخر تعريف.

حاليا من أول شهر 12 بدت ظاهرة الشاشة الزرقاء تنتشر بشكل رهيب

نعمل الويندوز لمدة يومين فقط بعدها تظهر الشاشة الزرقاء

سواء كان لاب توب أو جهاز حاسب عادي

ما الحل !!

ما يعادل 30 جهاز حدثت معه هذه الحالة

وأنا في حيرة من أمري

انا عندى مشكله فى ويندوز8.1 سطبت النسخه اكتر من 30 مره وكل مره الخطا ده يظهر ..اوقات بحدث الويندوز وتظهر ..واوقات مش بحدث وتظهر ..استخدمت جميع البرامج فى التعريفات ..واتمنى الاقى عند حضرتك جواب
والخطا تظهر عندما اقوم بقفل الجهاز تظهر الشاشه الزرقاء وخطا fltmgr.sys

المشكلة إما بسبب برنامج ال Avast فأنصحك بحذفه وتجربة برنامج حماية أقوى مثل 360 Security

وأفحص الهارد كما مشروح بأول الموضوع للتأكد من سلامته.
