شباب الفزعه انا شريت كمبيوتر جديد قبل شهر تقريبا لكن الكميوتر فيه مشاكل وكثرت الشاشات الزرقاء ولا اعلم ما هو الحل فارجو المساعده من اهل النخوه

The following dump files were found but could not be read. These files may be corrupt: C:\WINDOWS\memory.dmp علما انا الان استعمل وندوز 8 ولم الاحظ ظهور الشاشه الزرقاء لكن مره عمل ريستارت من حالوو ومره الاخرى لم يستجيب النظام لبعض البرامج عند تشغيلي لها
لكن قبل وندوز 8 كنت استعمل نسخه 7 وتظر لي الشاشه الزرقاء بين فتره واخرى

1- نظام التشغيل ونوعه ( 64bit ) وندوز 8 operating system x64- based processor
2 - لا استخدم اي نظام حمايه (لايوجد لدي انتي فايروس)
3 - بالنسبه للرامات برنامج CPUID CPU-Z لم يستطع قرائتها لكن حجمها هو 8 جيجا مقسمه على رامين 4*4 يعني كل واحد 4 جيجا
4 - اسم المذر بورد gigabyte technology co , ltd
الموديل h77_ds3h
5 - كارت الشاشه nvidia geforce 9500 gt
قمة بختبار الهارد عن طريق برنامج HD Tune Pro ولم اجد اخطاء
وقمة بالدخول الى Startup And Recovery و اختيار kernel memory dump

علما المعالج لدي i5 -3470 cpu @3.20 ghz 3.60 ghz
