Take 3 exams to transition from MCSE2003 to MCITP 2008 - Enterprise Administrator:

MCSE2003 + 70-649 + 70-620 (or 70-624) + 70-647 = MCITP 2008 Enterprise Administrator

or

MCSE2003 + 70-649 + 70-646 = MCITP Server Administrator
